Moved to this area 4 months ago and have visited this location 3-4 times. Just as others have mentioned, the food is always cold and they have yet to get an order correct. The wait time is also ridiculously long. You feel lucky pulling up with 2 cars ahead of you, but 10 minutes later you are wondering wth!? Hopefully management for this location takes a look into their issues because from the looks of it, they seem consistent at failing.

Drive Thru is a NIGHTMARE. Food is cold more often than not and the orders are CONSISTENTLY WRONG.

Wow! What crappy service!! I waited in line at the drive thru. I got to the speaker finally, and they asked me to hold. Sure, no problem. 11 minutes later, and several cars that went into the other lane after me, were all served. I drove up, got to the window and complained. I got an I'm sorry. Then was told I had to drive back through to place my order. I THINK NOT!!! I will never spend another red penny at this place!

It was late Sunday night, and we were hungry and this is the only place open late. We went to the one on Gantzel, but they weren't accepting anything but cash, which our bank ATM is inside Fry's which was closed. So we come here, place our order, and our fries are half full, and the buns on the cheeseburgers were so stale the dog wouldn't even eat them!! No lie!! There was one, very unhappy, seemed put out young woman working the drive through and sorry, but not a good experience!

I'm basically 99% sure I wrote a review of this place about 8 months ago and now there are...no reviews. Is it possible for them to take stuff down? No doubt they wanted all previous reviews removed...it's not just me, the previous stack of bad reviews was proof that this place is seriously the worst McDonald's ever. Frankly I'm surprised that McDonald's Corp continues to allow them to operate this franchise location. Ronald McDonald would roll in his grave. Basically 60% of the time we're told to park. And if it's not me being told to park and wait it's usually the person in front of me. The ice cream machine is "out of order" or "down for cleaning" (your pick) more often than not. WHICH IS TOTALLY AWESOME WHEN YOU'RE IN LINE, SOMEONE PULLS IN BEHIND YOU, YOU ORDER ICE CREAM, THEY DON'T HAVE IT, THEN YOU GET TO WAIT IN LINE TO GET THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! It would be brilliant if they would post that before the point of no return in the drive thru lane. I don't know what the deal is, if management/owners just don't care or if they don't know what's going on. I'll sum it up with my most recent drive-thru experience there: Girl: "Hi, welcome to McDonald's, now featuring the Cherry Berry Chiller! What can I get you?" Me: "Can I get 2 medium Cherry Berry Chillers?" Girl: "We're out." Me: "But you just said you had them..." Girl: "No, I said FEATURING. We don't have them." And she probably spit in the Sprite I got instead.

We don't eat at McDonald's on a daily basis by any means, but every now and then in a pinch, we stop here because it's less than a minute from our house. We have yet to ever leave with our entire order 100% correct. They constantly give us the wrong food and usually leave out one or MORE things we ordered. Staff is unpleasant and the managers don't care if you say anything. They're equally unpleasant. Would not recommend this place! I ONLY gave them two stars because the inside is clean and that's important to me.

This is the worst McDonald's. There is an Asian lady that works there that rolled her eyes at me twice...literally.. While I was ordering from her. I only get their coffee but it's still enough for them to screw up. They serve it cold because they transfer it to a metal carafe that just sits out. I can put my finger in my coffee, that's how cold it is. Gross. Then they seem put out when you ask for your hot coffee to actually be hot. Today I asked for cream on the side and I saw the guy laugh when he told the from with his headset that it's on the side. I get home and my coffee is full of coffee grounds. Worst McDonald's.

So after experiencing what is possibly the worst McDonald's of all time, I decided to hop on Yelp to warn everyone else. After swiping through all of the reviews I realized that I am apparently not alone. Before I continue, you should know that I am neither a McHater or anti-fast food. I am just another parent that stops here every now and then to treat the kids (and myself), or because we are in a hurry and it is convenient. Tonight my daughter and I stopped here around 8pm to grab some food after a school event. As we turned into the parking lot, I see that both lanes in the drive-thru are full - but I get in line anyways figuring it was just bad timing. And I was wrong. Nothing moved at all. Once I realized that this was a mistake, I was fortunate enough to be able to get out of line and park the car. Into the restaurant we go... When we first turned the corner and walked through the door, there were no people waiting at the counter. Huh. And then I quickly saw why the drive thru wasn't moving. At least 5-7 employees were just standing behind the counter bs-ing. And eating fries. And laughing, smirking, screwing around - basically not working. Oh yeah, and putting extra fries in their friends orders. The manager was a joke. He was also talking to who I'm guessing were friends of his, wandering around on the customer side of the counter. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business with this chaos going on. After getting home and looking up comments by other Yelpers, I guess we were lucky. We did get meat patties with our burgers on this visit (they weren't missing like others reported). One burger was cold, but the other was warm, so I guess we have to call that one even. The fries were old and barely warm. Thankfully the chocolate shake was normal - as far as I could tell. Save yourself from disappointment and choose another McDonald's - or if you live nearby and need something in the area visit one of their competitors. I promise you will be much better off.

Have yet to get my order right. Today we got burgers with no meat? Yeah. What a joke.

After today's visit, I absolutely hate this McDonalds. I'm sorry for using that word, but I do! First off they got our order wrong, the fries we got were stale and extra salty. It looks and taste like it was the fries at the bottom of the bag. You know, the small stragglers? Seriously though! And their customer service is HORRIBLE!! Never will Mcdonals get my money. Especially this one!

  • Angie S.

The inside is very nice and clean, I will give them that. But there employees are not happy or nice. Food is hit or miss. Sometime they get it right sometimes they don't. The lines are usually long and take way too long.
